1. This Privacy Policy sets out the rules for the processing and protection of personal data provided by Customers in connection with their use of services through the Website.

In line with our obligation resulting from Article 13 of the general Regulation of the European Parliament and of the Council (EU) 2016/679 of 27 April 2016 on the protection of personal data (GDPR) we hereby inform that the Controller of the personal data collected is Nikodem Szpunar Studio Projektowe, ul. 3. All Customers’s personal data will be processed by the Controller in accordance with the provisions of the above Act.
4. Only personal data provided voluntarily by the Customer is collected. The data is processed for the purpose necessary to implement the provisions of this Regulation, in particular concluding a contract for the sale of the ordered product, delivering it to Customer, issuing a document confirming the transaction of sale of product, storing personal data in the IT accounting system to ensure the history of commercial transactions made via the Store. The data provided when placing an order is processed by shipping companies and entities related to the payment for the order only to the extent necessary to complete the order.
5. Moreover, the information you provide may be made available to competent public authorities if required by applicable law.
6. The Controller is not responsible for providing false or incomplete personal data by the Customer.
7. The Customer has the right to change, correct or delete his or her personal data at any tome through the Store’s service office.
8. With additional consent granted by the Customer, the collected personal data may also be used for promotional and marketing purposes, in particular to present the Stores’s commercial offer to the Customer and other marketing information related to the Store.
9. Each user has the option of subscribing to the newsletter. Signing up for the list is done by entering Customers e-mail address in appropriate box. You can unsubscribe from the newsletter by informing the Store by e-mail at shop@studioszpunar.com. After cancellation your e-mail address will be immediately deleted from the database.
10. The store uses so-called “cookies”, which contribute to greater usability, functionality and ease of use of our store. Cookies are small text files that are stored on your computer system. Please be advised that some of these files are transferred from the Store’s server to the Customer’s computer system. You can block cookies at any time, if the browser you use has the appropriate function. Please remember that after blocking cookies, the ability to use some functions of the Store will be significantly limited or disabled.
